Booking Policy

 

 

All studio sessions require a deposit at the time of booking and scheduled sessions, Sessions are not guaranteed until  your deposit is paid and you have confirmed with us via telephone, Please keep in mind that all sessions are first come first serve and also require time slot for session, date, of session, and your email address and client name for booking along with contact information

Checks are not accepted, we do accept CC, Cash app, PayPal, Venmo and cash in person. 

If for some reason you cannot make it to your session and need to reschedule please contact us ASAP or a minimum of 24 hours prior to your session to reschedule to another date and your deposit will still be valid, Rescheduled sessions less than 24 hours will be forfeited due to the fact that we will not have sufficient time to fill the slot.

Refunds are accepted only if your session is cancelled 24 hours or more. Refunds will not be accepted with less than 24 hours notice of your session.

Please arrive to your session on time as the start time is from the booking time not arrival time.
